A bit about meHi, I’m Lindsay.
LPN • Trauma-Informed Coach • Certified Sound Healer • Reiki Master
I didn’t create Kindlewild because I have healing figured out.
I created it because I know what it’s like to have life change you.
I know what it’s like to lose pieces of yourself while surviving—through chronic illness, relationships that made me question my own reality, motherhood, grief, and seasons when simply making it through the day took everything I had.
For years, I thought healing meant getting back to the person I was before all of it.
Eventually, I realized I wasn’t supposed to go backward.
I was allowed to become someone new.
That realization became the heart of Kindlewild.
My professional background began in nursing, and my own experiences eventually led me deeper into trauma-informed work, nervous-system awareness, Reiki, sound healing, and restorative practices. What I found was that healing isn’t always about fixing something that’s “wrong.”
Sometimes it’s about finally having enough space to hear yourself again.
Today, I support women who find themselves in that strange space between surviving and living—whether they arrived there after a harmful relationship, chronic illness, burnout, grief, caregiving, or a life that simply stopped feeling like their own.
My role isn’t to tell you who you should become.
It’s to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself, rebuild trust in your own voice, explore what you need, and begin creating a life that feels like yours.
Because I believe there is something powerful about the moment a woman stops asking:
“How do I get back to who I was?”
and starts asking:
“Who do I want to become now?”
That is Kindlewild.
Reclaim. Reconnect. Become.
What You’ll Find HereA space for what comes after survival.
